Ayurveda recognizes the importance of “mothering the mother” in order to allow the space for the new mama to rejuvenate and heal. ‘'Happy mom, happy baby’'

Recover with ease, nourishment, and love through Ayurveda!

Postnatal care is so profound. It takes mom to a state of nurturance and nourishment. It is a moment for her body to heal and for her heart to be fully connected with her baby.

During this time, mom’s physiology is a delicate as her newborn’s. Therefore she should honor this opportunity to allow her body to heal in a way that will leave mom stronger than ever.

The six weeks following birth are one of the most critical times for both mom and baby. Ayurveda considers this time to be a precious time in a mother’s life.

Reasons why some mothers experience postnatal depression

A doula offers more support for the birthing mama and currently most midwives and hospitals encourage the presence of a doula.

We offer two different postnatal care packages for newborn mums, for more information please contact us at soma.womb@gmail.com

Thank you gorgeous Dani ❤️ it has been a blessing to be treated by you & your wisdom during this time for both us.
— Anna Wischer
I highly recommend Dani for postpartum Ayurvedic doula services. Her herbal protocol and incredible food, nourishes you in that challenging first 10 days post birth and in the run up to your due date.

Her massage services for mum and bubs and her constant attention and care were invaluable in my recovery both mentally and physically. 🦋🤍🌻 Dani is an incredible practitioner and her postpartum package is a an absolute must.
— Alex Belcastro

If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use it
